Shepherd Project Services is a Minority and Veteran owned company that aspires to deliver innovative Construction Management, Construction Inspection & Monitoring, and Project Control for our clients. Who we are really begins with our name…Shepherd. Along with construction, it is one of the oldest occupations in history. The word “Shepherd” means to oversee, to lead, to care for, and to guide a group. SPS strongly believes every Construction Project must have a “Shepherd” to ensure it is completed successfully. This is what excites the partners of SPS. Effective Client / Contractor relationships are essential for the success of any project, therefore SPS believes the services we offer help build those relationships.
