Construction Management
Whether it’s simply providing an oversight role, or the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from beginning to completion, SPS brings in the best in the business to deliver high quality results in Construction Management. SPS promotes traditional practices such as Management By Walking Around to ensure safety, quality, and productivity are maintained. We also engage in more complex practices governed by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) to ensure schedules and budgets are adhered to. Successful Construction Management requires attention to detail – SPS analyzes bids, excessive costs are value engineered, drawings and submittals are reviewed for compliance, and construction schedules are realistically prepared.
